Tell Us About a Problem

Last updated: October 2026

Personaldocente Tree Service aims for fair and honest contact with every homeowner. Please let us know when something goes wrong. This page sets out how to raise a concern and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns You Can Raise

You can report concerns about:

  • Your experience reaching Personaldocente Tree Service by phone or another contact method
  • The handling of your personal information
  • Website information that seems incorrect or unclear
  • Conduct by a provider you reached through our service

When the Concern Involves Tree Work

Providers in our network run independent businesses. Their quotes, prices, work and customer service are their responsibility. For a problem involving work at your property, raising it with the provider is usually the first step. Keep a written record of that contact.

Please tell us as well. Provider feedback helps us maintain an honest network. Repeated shortcomings may result in a provider's removal. Personaldocente Tree Service cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide matters on a provider's behalf.

Details to Include in Your Email

Send your complaint to contact@personaldocente.shop with:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you dialed or form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of the problem and the action you want us to take

Our Review Process

We will send an email acknowledging your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened and may contact the provider during that review. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we are taking.

Asking for Another Review

If our reply does not address your concern, respond and request another review. You can also approach your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. A state or local licensing office may be able to assist with concerns involving licensed contractors.
