How Referrals and Payments Work

Last updated: October 2026

This disclosure explains what Personaldocente Tree Service does and how it may receive payment.

Our Role in Your Search

Personaldocente Tree Service is a referral service that connects homeowners with independent local tree removal providers. Personaldocente Tree Service does not perform tree removal, storm cleanup, stump grinding, tree trimming or other tree work.

When you use the request form or phone option on this site, your inquiry may reach a local provider or a marketing business that helps route requests to providers.

Payment for Calls and Referrals

Personaldocente Tree Service may be paid for calls or referrals. Providers or marketing businesses may pay us for a phone inquiry, a form submission or another referral. We may receive payment even if you choose not to hire the provider.

Payment terms may depend on whether a provider answers a call or how long the conversation lasts. These arrangements may affect which providers in our network receive your request. A referral is not a comparison of every provider serving your area.

The provider sets its own prices and payment terms. Ask for a written quote that explains the work, any added charges and when payment is due.

Responsibility for the Work

Each provider runs a separate business. Providers are not employees or agents of Personaldocente Tree Service. The provider is responsible for:

• Describing the work and setting the price
• Planning and carrying out the job safely
• Arranging the work schedule
• Maintaining any required licenses and insurance
• Answering questions about its work and handling disputes

A referral does not confirm a provider's qualifications or the quality of its work. Ask the provider for proof of insurance and any credentials required for your job.

Your Choice of Provider

You decide whether to hire anyone reached through this service. Sending a request does not require you to accept a quote or book work.

Before agreeing, check what the quote includes. Ask about debris hauling, stump work, property access and cleanup. Any agreement for tree services is between you and the provider.

Call Tracking and Recording

Calls placed through this site may be tracked. Some calls may also be recorded for quality checks, referral verification and billing purposes.
